Guesthouse awaits those looking to relax all year round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The house is situated in a nearly 1-hectare beautiful natural environment and boasts a stunning panoramic view, where tranquility and closeness to nature are guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specialty of the farm is its friendly animal community, whose residents are accustomed to the proximity of people, so they gladly welcome petting and attention. Peace and quiet await guests, and there are not even any neighbors.<br><br>Geese, ducks, turkeys, various chickens, and guinea fowls ensure the authentic farm atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide opportunities to feed the animals.<br><br>Our accommodation is child-friendly, but unfortunately not dog-friendly. The house has been completely renovated, ensuring a peaceful rest and a stunning view. Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living room with a TV and a bathroom. The panoramic view from the house is breathtaking. In the bedroom, a comfortable 180&#215;200 double bed provides a place for a peaceful night&#8217;s sleep. If you feel like spending the whole day in the guesthouse, you won&#8217;t be bored, as unlimited internet and a smart TV guarantee that you won&#8217;t miss the latest episode of your favorite series. The adjustable air conditioning in the house ensures the ideal temperature for you. The terrace is completely private, hidden from prying eyes.<br>In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare dinner if you don&#8217;t feel like going to a restaurant or ordering in. But you also have the option to bake delicacies in the gas pizza oven on the terrace, or roast on a spit or cook in a cauldron at the fire pit in the garden.<br><br>THE KITCHEN<br>The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, cutlery, glasses,<br>plates, and pots are available to prepare a light lunch or dinner. If you prefer to prepare delicious bites outside, there is a Blackstone pizza oven and grill on the lower terrace, while a cauldron spot is located in the yard. It is enough to provide the details of just one person who is managing your booking.<br>&#8211; we will review the incoming request and if everything is in order, we will contact you.<br>&#8211; after contacting you, we need to record the data of all arriving guests; for this, we will send a document scanning link or a plain text entry interface. You can settle the accommodation fee by bank transfer (Anetta Chandran, OTP 11741024-24151997) or in cash. Payable in advance: 50%.
