Guesthouse awaits those looking to relax all year round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The house is located in a nearly 1-hectare beautiful natural setting, offering a stunning panorama where peace and proximity to nature are guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specialty of the farm is the friendly animal community, whose residents are used to human proximity, so they gladly welcome petting and attention. Peace and quiet await guests, and there are not even any neighbors.<br><br>The real farm atmosphere is provided by geese, ducks, turkeys, various chickens, and guinea fowls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide the opportunity to feed the animals.<br><br>Our accommodation is child-friendly, but not dog-friendly. The house has been completely renovated, ensuring peaceful relaxation and a stunning view. Downstairs, there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a TV, and a bathroom. The panoramic view from the house is fascinating. In the bedroom, a comfortable 180&#215;200 double bed provides space for a peaceful night&#8217;s sleep. Even if you feel like spending the whole day in the guesthouse, you won&#8217;t be bored, as unlimited internet and a smart TV guarantee you won&#8217;t miss the latest episode of your favorite series. The house&#8217;s adjustable air conditioning ensures the ideal temperature for you. The terrace is completely private, hidden from prying eyes.<br>In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare dinner if you don&#8217;t feel like going to a restaurant or ordering food. You also have the opportunity to bake delicacies in the gas pizza oven on the terrace, or roast over an open fire or cook in a cauldron at the fire pit in the garden.<br><br>THE KITCHEN<br>The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, cutlery, glasses,<br>plates, and pots are available for preparing a light lunch or dinner. If you prefer to prepare delicious bites outside, there is a Blackstone pizza oven and grill on the lower terrace, and a cauldron fire pit in the yard. We naturally provide the wood and the necessary equipment for the latter.<br><br>BATHROOM<br>In the bathroom, a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet serve the refreshment of our guests. It is enough to provide the details of one person who manages your booking.<br>&#8211; we will review the incoming request, and if everything is fine, we will contact you.<br>&#8211; after contacting you, we need to record the details of all arriving guests; for this, we will send a document scanner link or a simple text entry interface.
