At the foot of the Mátra and Cserhát mountains, in a picturesque setting, the Sofia Love Farm and Guesthouse awaits those looking to relax all year round.
The house is situated in a nearly 1-hectare beautiful natural environment and boasts a stunning panoramic view, where tranquility and closeness to nature are guaranteed.
The specialty of the farm is its friendly animal community, whose residents are accustomed to the proximity of people, so they gladly welcome petting and attention. Peace and quiet await guests, and there are not even any neighbors.
Geese, ducks, turkeys, various chickens, and guinea fowls ensure the authentic farm atmosphere.
We provide opportunities to feed the animals.
Our accommodation is child-friendly, but unfortunately not dog-friendly. Thank you for your understanding!
About the house
The guesthouse is a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature without giving up comfort. The house has been completely renovated, ensuring a peaceful rest and a stunning view. Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen and living room with a TV and a bathroom. The panoramic view from the house is breathtaking. In the bedroom, a comfortable 180×200 double bed provides a place for a peaceful night’s sleep. If you feel like spending the whole day in the guesthouse, you won’t be bored, as unlimited internet and a smart TV guarantee that you won’t miss the latest episode of your favorite series. The adjustable air conditioning in the house ensures the ideal temperature for you. The terrace is completely private, hidden from prying eyes.
In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare dinner if you don’t feel like going to a restaurant or ordering in. But you also have the option to bake delicacies in the gas pizza oven on the terrace, or roast on a spit or cook in a cauldron at the fire pit in the garden.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, cutlery, glasses,
plates, and pots are available to prepare a light lunch or dinner. If you prefer to prepare delicious bites outside, there is a Blackstone pizza oven and grill on the lower terrace, while a cauldron spot is located in the yard. We naturally provide the wood and necessary equipment for the latter.
BATHROOM
For our Guests’ refreshment, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Bathrobes, towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are naturally provided.
Child-friendly accommodation
The Sofia Love Farm and Guesthouse is a truly child-friendly accommodation, where even the little ones can enjoy meaningful and experience-filled recreation. The farm’s nearly 60 gentle animals – including dwarf goats, alpacas, lambs, bunnies, a pony, guinea pigs, and cats – can be met up close, allowing children to discover the animal world in a playful way. In addition to a safe, spacious environment, a playground, trampoline, ping-pong table, play corner, and skill games ensure carefree fun, and a bouncy castle can also be requested. Meeting the animals not only provides an unforgettable experience but can also contribute to strengthening children’s empathy, sense of responsibility, and emotional development, so every member of the family can return home recharged.

Adult (over 18) on weekdays: 65000 HUF / 2 persons / night
Adult (over 18) on weekends: 80000 HUF / 2 persons / night
Child (between 3-17 years): 30000 HUF / night
Child (up to 2 years): free of charge
A breakfast basket can be requested for 12000 HUF, which we will place at your door at the requested time.
Our prices are in HUF and include VAT and tourist tax. The house can be booked for 2-4 adults or children.
The price includes the exclusive use of the house and its associated area, bed linen, bathrobes and towels, coffee capsules and various teas, as well as the cleaning fee.
Booking process:
– select the desired dates in the calendar below (the first and last day of your stay) and enter the requested basic information, then submit the request. It is enough to provide the details of just one person who is managing your booking.
– we will review the incoming request and if everything is in order, we will contact you.
– after contacting you, we need to record the data of all arriving guests; for this, we will send a document scanning link or a plain text entry interface. If you don’t want to bother with this, we can help record the data.
– we will inform you about the deposit amount after making contact (depending on peak periods, events, etc.). You can settle the accommodation fee by bank transfer (Anetta Chandran, OTP 11741024-24151997) or in cash. Payable in advance: 50%. The booking only becomes final upon receipt of the amount.
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded. Within 14 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show: the advance payment is non-refundable.

Sofia Love Farm and Guesthouse
The farm’s specialty is its friendly, gentle flock of animals: the nearly 60 residents – including dwarf goats, lambs, alpacas, emus, ducks, geese, chickens, tame dwarf rabbits, a pony, guinea pigs, and cats – all welcome petting. The accommodation is especially ideal for families with young children. Direct, safe contact with animals not only provides an unforgettable experience but is proven to help children’s emotional development and empathy, while having a calming, therapeutic effect.
Children’s entertainment is ensured by a playground with a slide and swings, a sandbox, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a play corner, and various skill games, and a bouncy castle can even be rented upon request. Those who want to break away from the everyday rush and constant screen time can refresh themselves with guided singing bowl meditation* and coaching*: a 20-minute singing bowl* relaxation is followed by a 30-minute personal coaching conversation ( *by prior request ).
